**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced ER Float to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ER Float will provide critical support across various emergency room settings, showcasing expertise in a wide range of medical procedures and acute care scenarios. **Responsibilities:** - Perform catheterization and venipuncture procedures with precision and care - Utilize phlebotomy skills to draw blood samples for diagnostic testing - Demonstrate proficiency in aseptic techniques to maintain sterile environments - Provide emergency care in diverse ER environments, adapting quickly to changing situations - Apply basic life support measures effectively in urgent situations - Utilize physiology knowledge to assess and address patient needs promptly - Assist with suturing wounds and IV insertion as required **Requirements:** - Previous experience working in an Emergency Room setting is essential - Proficiency in catheterization, phlebotomy, and aseptic techniques - Strong understanding of acute care practices and emergency medical procedures - Ability to perform venipuncture, suture wounds, and insert IVs competently - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory - Flexibility to adapt to different ER settings and patient populations Joining our team as an ER Float offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing critical care to those in need.
