Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is a rapidly growing organization that is seeking a Master’s level Clinical Supervisor to join our team! ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision/Support of Behavior Interventionists
• Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Design, continuously monitor/analyze, and modify ABA treatment programsbased on client needs, under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide training/modeling/support for direct interventioniststaff
• Monitor data integrity and fidelity
• Conduct weekly case visits
• Complete progress reports
• Conductcaregiver education and training
• Attend monthly clinicalteam and professional development meetings
• Timely submission of billing requirements,clinical notes, reports, and other materials
• Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed.
• Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
• Master's degree in Psychology or in a related field(e.g., Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours toward certification, preferred
• Previous clinical experience within the field ofApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Previous experience working with software platforms for data collection, program development, and report writing requirements
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB clearance.
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonalcommunication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
