ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision/Support of Behavior Interventionists
• Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Design, continuously monitor/analyze, and modify ABA treatment program based on client needs, under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide training/modeling/support for direct interventionist staff.
• Monitor data integrity and fidelity.
• Conduct weekly case visits.
• Complete progress reports
• Conduct caregiver education and training.
• Attend monthly clinical team and professional development meetings.
• Timely submission of billing requirements, clinical notes, reports, and other materials
• Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed.
• Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in psychology or in a related field (e.g., Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours toward certification, preferred.
• Previous clinical experience within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Previous experience working with software platforms for data collection, program development, and report writing requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• TB clearance.
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
