Duties as a CNA:

• Providing personalized care to each patient in accordance with their individual care plan
• Assisting patients with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, and exercising
• Taking and recording vital signs and maintaining accurate patient records
• Helping doctors and nurses during medical procedures
• Setting up medical equipment and assisting in patient monitoring
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Observing patient behaviors and reporting their status and any change in condition to a nurse
• Keeping up-to-date with CNA standards and requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Boasts excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates strong clinical skills and a patient-focused attitude
• Is physically able to perform the rigors of the position, including lifting, turning, and mobilizing patients
• Has Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to display empathy and build relationships with patients.
• Should have a clean criminal record and pass a drug screen.
