  • Adhere to kit pick list policy using work and sales order documentation. Organize and oversee the retrieval, staging, and preparation of parts for production, shipping, and service departments.
  • Proficiently load and unload materials using manual methods, forklifts, and cranes, ensuring safety and precision when placing items on pallets, trucks, racks, and shelves.
  • Thoroughly review work orders to ensure completion, tracking both partial and full fulfillments. Promptly communicate any shortages to the supervisor, taking charge of coordinating and addressing deficits upon receipt of new inventory.
  • Support the maintenance of system location codes to optimize inventory management and tracking processes.
  • Safely transport materials between storage areas, staging zones, and work centers. When necessary, securely attach lifting equipment to materials and skillfully move loads to designated destinations.
  • Accurately count, weigh, and document the quantity of materials handled, maintaining inventory precision and record-keeping integrity.
  • Execute the secure movement and storage of Work-In-Progress (WIP) and finished goods, ensuring appropriate storage locations are utilized.
  • Participate actively and mandatorily in the preparation for and execution of physical inventory assessments. Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records and aid in the successful completion of inventory audits.

What We Need from You:
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Demonstrated background of at least 4 years in warehouse operations.
  • Preferred familiarity with Material Control or Warehouse environments.
  • Essential abilities encompass lifting heavy components, operating forklifts, and utilizing crane equipment.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is essential.
  • Capability to interpret single-part orthographic drawings, extract pertinent details from codes, symbols, numbers, and routing data.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work setting characterized by rapidly shifting demands and minimal advance notice.
