SUMMARYSiloBot Maintenance tech is responsible for making repairs as needed to individual SiloBot units in a quick and timely manner in order to support field staff ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete needed repairs to Silobot units following each trip made by SiloBot technicians
- Keep up with deadlines and schedules for needed repairs to ensure quick and efficient turnaround of bot repairs
- Production and installation of 3-D printed components for bot units as needed
- Assist SiloBot Coordinator with maintaining adequate inventory levels for commonly needed bot components
- Complete pre and post inspection checklist for each bot repair completed
- Testing of bot units to ensure field readiness once repairs are complete
- Complete emergency repairs when needed to get bot back up and running
- Partnering with SiloBot Coordinator to identify recurring issues and solutions
- Assist in the production, improvement, repair and testing of SiloBot units
- Maintain SiloBot parts inventory by working with purchasing
- Required to attend various meetings, trade shows, and conventions
- Follows company policies and procedures at all times
- Follows proper safety rules and procedures at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Prefer some knowledge of asphalt equipment
- Basic computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, and Windows required
- Strong communication skills required
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to work alone
- Self-Starter
- Electrical and Electronic knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of robotics a plus
- Possess mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to work satisfactorily as a team member
- Must be able to meet regular attendance requirements
- Experience with 3D printing a plus
- In-depth use of CAD Software a plus
- Knowledge of RC electrical systems a plus
