Overview

As a CRM Analyst Intern, you will gain an understanding of the various systems, initiatives, and programs used by the Sales Operations team with an emphasis on our Customer Relationship Management platform. Our CRM is the go-to platform for all of our sales force and leadership to understand how we go about generating and forecasting new business and how we can better meet the needs our clients.

You will build valuable technical and data mining skills while working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment.

What You'll Do

• Gather and consolidate company production data.
• Assist the team in analyzing Sales Results.
• Participate in various team and development meetings.
• Work closely with users and members on the team to ensure CRM accuracy.

What You'll Need

• Must be enrolled in post-secondary education, ideally in a degree program with a concentration in business.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business documents, and a high capacity for learning.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
• Position is remote, but will require some travel to Michigan office location. Candidate location in the Midwest States or EST preferred.
