Assured Alliance, Inc. is looking to hire a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We are a small business in Santa Clarita, CA. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and is willing to help out where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
