Vice President, Property Development & Management

We are looking for a Vice President of Property Development & Management who exemplifies that mission, and who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference. Are you the right fit?

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for the day to day operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease management, and maintenance.
  • Ensures the successful implementation of housing programs and building projects, as well as fleet management 
  • Work with President & CEO to identify, plan, and capital stack development for housing and/or facility development.
  • Responsible for ensuring that properties assets are well-maintained and financially optimized.
  • Manages HUD,IHDA and other audits/compliance monitoring.
  • Supervise Maintenance Department to ensure properties are well-maintained and necessary repairs are promptly addressed.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the properties, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation

Education and Experience


  • Five or more years of progressive leadership experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management or a related field required
  • MBA preferred
  • Fair Housing Certification / Property Management Certification preferred
  • Government regulatory experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of project management required 
  • Substantial experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
