Case Manager QMHP - McHenry, IL ($1000 Sign on Bonus!)

We are looking for a Case Manager Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) – Aurora IL who exemplifies that mission, and who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference. What will you be doing?

• Responsible for developing and implementing individual programs to maximize the clients’ independent community living skills in addition to providing complementary therapeutic services
• Complete daily documentation of mental health services provided in accordance with state and agency standards as applicable
• Expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency to ensure positive client-centered approach

What will you bring to the table?

• Master’s degree in human services
• LPC/LSW preferred and/or working toward LCPC/LCSW preferred
• Some experience working in social services (required)
• Bilingual preferred

What are the other requirements?

• The use of personal automobile, a valid driver’s license, and the minimum amount of liability insurance as defined by AID’s Personnel Policy
• Drive self and clients in agency or personal vehicle
• Must acquire and maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU’s and other relevant trainings
• Must be able to provide therapeutic interventions as appropriate
• Covering non-scheduled shifts as needed
• Must be able to drive a passenger vehicle
• May be required to work multiple locations
• Must work one evening shift per week
