Position Overview: As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will assist with various aspects of patient treatment, rehabilitation exercises, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient assessments, treatments, and exercises under their supervision.
• Set up and prepare treatment areas for patient sessions, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and assist them during therapy sessions.
• Monitor patients' progress and report any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Previous sports background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
