```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. You will work closely with patients to assess their hearing needs and provide appropriate interventions. If you are passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through better hearing, we encourage you to apply.

```Duties```
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' hearing abilities
- Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs
- Recommend and fit hearing aids or other assistive devices
- Provide counseling on hearing loss management and communication strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology research and technology

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Audiologist
- Strong knowledge of auditory physiology and anatomy
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic tests such as audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions testing
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques used in audiology (e.g., CT scans, MRI)
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology related to audiology
- Experience in using aseptic techniques during procedures

Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an Audiologist
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred
