The Social Media Marketing Assistant will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the online presence of the ASI social media online community. This position will focus on creating captivating content for ASI's programs and services across various active Social Media channels including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists in maintaining all ASI social media sites and profiles in accordance to ASI procedures.
• Creates engaging digital content for the various programs and services of ASI on all active Social Media channels including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.
• Assists Digital Media Coordinator with monthly analytic reports for department managers detailing progress on all social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Collaborates with other ASI departments when applicable and attends ASI events for social media coverage.
• Moderate all user generated content in line with moderation policy for each channel.
• Conducts surveys and polls for Social Media pages when applicable.
• Assists in researching current trends in social media marketing.
• Other duties as assigned.
