Quality Assurance Associate

Assists the Quality Assurance Director in managing, planning, developing, and maintaining the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department, including involvement with Operations, and Purchasing, in matters concerning Quality Control inspection, equipment qualification, process validation, and documentation. Ensures that products released meet the desired quality specifications and attributes per customer requirements and packaging specification. Ensures all corporate standards, Code of Federal Regulations, cGMP’s, and other standards and regulations are met as applicable.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
