Individuals should have 1-3 years of medical office or customer experience. Medical scheduling experience is a plus. The front desk staff is responsible for greeting and processing all patients who come through our clinic. Some of the tasks involve: processing patient paperwork & payments, scheduling all plans of care as determined by the clinicians, answering phones, requesting and tracking authorizations for services as required, ordering office supplies, monitoring office flow.
