At Associated Electrics, we offer opportunity for growth and development along with a full array of benefits. We are currently searching for an Entry-Level Project Coordinator/Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

- Project Support:

• Liaise with managers, engineering, and suppliers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project timelines and deliverable
• Monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential risks or delays

- Operations Assistance:

• Support the analysis of current operational processes and contribute improvement initiative
• Assist in implementing operational workflows to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and workflows

- Communication & Collaboration:

• Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements:

• Full-time on-site work is required
• Must be a reliable self-starter
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication, phone, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Sage or similar software a huge plus but not required (will train)
• Ability to work well in a team and family-oriented environment
• Knowledge of radio control vehicles and hobby industry a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
