With over 15 years of doing school-based therapy, ACP is an established agency with long-term partnerships with over 50 schools in the Dakota County area. In this role, you will be working in elementary and middle schools.

What you will do:

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop focused treatment plans in a fast-paced school setting
• Provide individual and family therapy to students (ages 11-18) in Dakota County schools
• Consult and collaborate with school staff as a mental health team member
• Utilize evidence-based practices and creative interventions to address mental/behavioral health, chemical health, and academic success
• Support students in developing resilience, emotional regulation, and coping skills
