Job Description

Part time Recreational Attendant to work evenings and weekends.

Daily responsibilities:

• Meet and greet homeowners, residents and guests.
• Check-in recreation passes.
• Respond to inquires.
• Friendly remind homeowners and guests of HOA rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness of recreation facilities.
• Set up meeting room space.
• Keep furniture in proper order.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs inspecting all recreation facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
