The Residential Services Agent must have strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. This position also requires the person to be detailed oriented and able to multitask. In this position you must have a approachable and friendly attitude, able to meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner, and the individual must be punctual and have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to wor

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

• Minimum 1-2 yeasr Front Desk/Concierge experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Intermediate at minimum computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Reach with hands and arms.
