The focus of the position will be to conduct the day to day cleaning and upkeep of all common areas of a community, including but not limited to;

• Cleans and maintains all common areas including power washing, vacuuming, straightening furniture, etc.
• Cleans and maintains the exterior walkways, sidewalks, entry areas and pool and recreational areas, including dog walk/park areas.
• Maintains common area walls, hallways, windows, and doors including, wash, vacuum and clean
• Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas
• Walk/drive grounds and pick up trash, debris, and dog waste and empty all trash receptacles and transport to dumpster.
• Performs other duties as assigned
