Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment (70%)
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Presales Support (30%)
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product and service teams.
  • Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an IT recruiter, with strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skills.
• Experience in presales, sales support, or a similar role in a technology-focused business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
