Assisting Hands Home Care, a national leader for In-Home Care services is looking for an outstanding Registered Nurse to join our team. At Assisting Hands, we strive to be the best agency for clients and the employer of choice for admin and field staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing plan of care, evaluating plan of care every 30 days, 60-day re-assessments, supervisory visits, educating clients and caregivers as needed, and administering direct patient care as needed. You will ensure that proper care is provided to patients, and that services are provided according to acceptable standards to RN scope of practice. You will be required to contact patient, family, care givers, pharmacies, doctors’ office, medical services as needed. This position will include being part of an on-call and visiting client homes for assessments. You will conduct orientations and train staff. This is a non-medical per diem/part-time position. There are no set hours for this position.

Qualifications:

● Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license with BSN.

● Previous Home Care RN experience, highly preferred.

● Has a valid driver's license and a reliable car.

● Has been fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19.

● Adept with digital and computer skills.

● Ideal candidate resides in Hudson County.

● Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

● Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

● Able to travel to clients’ homes throughout Hudson and Southeast Bergen counties.
