• Mentor and train those with less experience
• Help assess clients' care needs.
• Provides care until their permanent caregiver is assigned.

Also includes covering shifts resulting from requested time off (RTO), and callouts. One week per month will be available evenings and weekends. Participates in the on-call rotation and is paid a premium in addition to the base wage for being on-call.

Duties!

Assisting caregivers & clients…

• Work closely with recruiting team to screen and hire caregivers.
• Work with the Client Care Coordinator (Scheduler) to make recommendations for scheduling caregivers.
• Make recommendations for updates to Plans of Care and ADLs.
• Ensure that the team provides quality care through observation and coaching.
