Assisting Hands Home Care Columbus is Hiring a Caregiver Near Westerville, OH
Duties:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning patients
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Skills:
- Experience in senior care or related field
- Proficient in lifting and transferring patients, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Knowledge of childcare practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with home care systems and procedures
- Strong social work skills to interact effectively with patients and their families
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour
