You will serve as our RN you will have the responsibility for overseeing delivery of all companion and personal care services delivered by our agency.

Must be able to travel to Cudahy, St. Francis and Oak Creek.

• Do you have prior supervisory/management experience?
• Do you have strong interpersonal and customer service skills?
• Do you have excellent communication, organizational and mentoring skills?
• You must be organized, detail orientated, self motivated and able to work independently
• Do you have the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously?
• Do you have a valid WI RN license in good standing; no disciplinary actions?

Responsibilities:

• Performing client assessments
• Developing client Care Plans
• Coordinating client care with client's healthcare team
• Training, coordinating and supervising caregiver staff
• Working closely with the owner in assessing the needs of the overall business
• This is a combined role of clinical hands on and administrative functions of nursing. Meaning, you need to be hands on in the sense of doing physical assessments, visiting with families, training caregivers AND be responsible for paper compliance in regards to staff and client files, regulatory requirements in delivery of care (best practices), and review progress notes.

This is a part time per diem position which could lead to a full time role once business levels warrant full time.
