Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes and using proper techniques
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Experience in catering or events is a plus
- Strong background in hospitality and customer service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with restaurant operations in the food industry
- Ability to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
