What do we need?

We are seeking an Operations Manager to provide project management leadership for multiple medium to large projects with moderate to high complexity. The Operations Manager acts as the single point of accountability for projects, utilizing Aspirion and/or Client standards to ensure that the projects meet stated objectives. The Operations Manager must demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner.

What will you provide?

  • Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in the project plan
  • Author/facilitate strategic documents such as Project Reference Material , Education and Communication plans, and present project updates to business owners
  • Manage and communicate a clear project scope and motivate team members.
  • Manage all aspect associated with the development of new employees and the continual education of tenured employee
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Monitor and report on project activities and reporting on status within published timelines.
  • Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify, prepare, and/or ensure completion of high quality, professional deliverables as required by each project plan.
  • Organize/Implementation of toolkits to support field-based implementations.
  • Facilitate an operational atmosphere that promotes a team culture of success and support.

  • Communicates clearly, proactively, and concisely with all key stakeholders and customers; uses key principles
  • Has a customer orientation; establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Able to guide individuals and groups toward desired outcomes; subordinates personal goals
  • Contributes to team success by seeking opportunities to develop others’ an own ideas; as part of a team, clarifies the current situation, sets standards of excellence, encourages others to take responsibility, and facilitates agreement
  • Effectively manages the project controls of complex processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Microsoft Project) and preferably Clarity project portfolio management system
  • Able to apply decision-making tools and techniques to all projects supported
  • Proven ability to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving financial needs of the company, making consistently strategic recommendations to company leadership
  • Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
  • Demonstrate alignment to our company's values, along with the capability to hire, lead, develop, and motivate a team

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Revenue Cycle Management required.
  • At least 5 years’ leadership experience, preferably in project management, financial services, hospital operations, supply chain, or information systems-oriented environments required.
  • Experience in EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, Nthrive, SSI is a plus

The US base pay range for this position starts at $50,000.00 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
