Primiani, Stevens, and Punim P.C., is a boutique estate planning firm with office throughout California. The firm focuses on estate and business succession planning for high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families and their closely held businesses. The firm has an affiliation with Aspiriant, a leading independent wealth management firm with offices spanning the U.S., with whom the firm shares multiple clients and offices.

You will -

• Work on multiple existing legal estate planning engagements
• Work on new legal estate planning engagements
• Work on Client Service Teams as Strategic Planning representative and be ultimately responsible for all Client Service Team efforts and initiatives
• Work with Family Office Team for clients as strategic planning (estate planning, philanthropy, and life insurance) representative
• Prepare client meeting material and key client deliverables for Strategic Planning work and other disciplines
• Actively participate in team meetings and internal committees

You are -

• PC literate and have other relevant technology competencies (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including able to manage competing priorities and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and to resolve complex problems, with a thorough understanding of the business and legal environments
• Ability to timely and confidently execute well-reasoned resolutions

We want -

• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Completion of the California State Bar Exam
• Firm grasp on federal gift and estate tax laws
• Trust Administration Experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
• 2 years of law firm experience
