Job Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established cleaning standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Understanding of infection control practices in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
