POSITION SUMMARY: The Property Service Technician performs custodian duties and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. This is an experienced-level position with no direct reports that reports to the Facilities Administrator.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in indoor and outdoor settings. The indoor settings include office, restroom, kitchen and warehouse environments which require the use of cleaning supplies and hand tools. The outdoor settings include parking lots and driveways. Occasionally subject to varying inside and/or outside temperatures, which may include extreme heat (temperatures above 100 degrees) or extreme cold (temperatures below 32 degrees). The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee may be occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required use the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together. Medium work; exerts up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
