Job Purpose: As an Assessor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments.

Job Functions

  • Performing assessment activities ranging from triage and screening to biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Synthesizing data into concise or in-depth reports, utilizing reports as foundation to recommended treatment and evaluation.
  • Additional internal functions include participating in staff meetings.
  • Providing staff with necessary consultation.
  • Training staff to engage in assessment activities and ensure all activities comply with billing and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational duties, such as generating additional documentation, reports, and diagnostics when necessary, collaborating with outcome evaluation processes and/or any other tasks requested by supervisor.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a human services related field
