Responsibilities 

• Ensure ADL's have been completed by staff in a timely manner.
• Assure that a monthly vitals and weights have been completed and inputted into PCC.
• Routine and random checks ensuring MedTech's are correctly and timely signing off on medication administered. 
• Completion of record for new residents in PCC and manual charts
• Completion of 1823 Form( must be updated every 3 years)
• Ensure Medication list is present on admission.
• Follow up with physicians/ARNP for progress notes.
• Provides offsite supervision as needed for the 24 hours service that we provide. 

Qualifications

• Must be current Licensed Professional nurse from an Accredited Nursing program with current CPR certification. 
• Must have completed the ALF core training and Competency for the ALF in accordance with section 429.52. F.S., which consists of a minimum of 26 hours of training plus a competency test.
• Successfully complete the ASL facility core training requirements within 3 months from the date of becoming a manager.
