Major Responsibilities

• Oversee all renovation projects and ensure that all assigned facilities meet our company maintenance standards.
• Lead contact for Director of Maintenance at the facility level.
• Coordinate and assist daily activities of contractors and facility maintenance staff; provide assistance in the completion of jobs.
• Work closely with the Safety Department to ensure a safe environment for employees, residents, and visitors.
• Assist review and respond to state and federal regulatory citations.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results as well as the development of a successful management team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess, as a minimum, five (5) years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of project management in related filed preferred.
• Must have the ability to travel (valid state driver's license required) with occasional overnight stays.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
