Aspire Educational Services is excited to announce multiple Personal Care Assistant - PCA opportunities within our K-12 partner schools. This opportunity would be great for someone building and developing their career in the education industry or looking to gain additional experience in their field as an independent contractor.

Who you are:

• Dependable and genuinely care for children and are committed to helping them reach their fullest potential.
• Experienced providing support as a Teaching Assistant – TA, Therapeutic Staff Support – TSS, or Personal Care Assistant – PCA at K-12 schools
• Have reliable transportation
• Have (or are able to attain) required state and federal background clearances and training. Please note: All clearances will be required before hire.

What you love to do:

• Supervising and monitoring inclusive activities throughout the school day
• Ensuring student’s safety within school building and surrounding areas
• Supporting student’s academic, social, adaptive, communication, and behavioral needs
• Escorting students to and from bus, classes, nurse, therapies, etc.

• Utilizing behavioral system and providing prompts across settings
• Transitioning students between activities
