Las Vegas engineering and custom residential design firm has an immediate opening for a draftsperson. Only Las Vegas residents will be considered. This is not remote employment. Interested candidates should possess a knowledge of the construction design process, project set up and coordination between different trades or disciplines.
Candidates must be detailed oriented and skilled in solving technical design and fabrication issues. AutoCAD and Revit, 3D Rendering, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite and Micro office suite fluency is required. Must be able to read, interpret and draw construction plans, point clouds, diagrams and schematics for issuance of permits. Residential design and drafting experience is preferred.
Candidates should be self-motivated, detail oriented, problem solver, able to work simultaneously on multiple projects and work under pressure.
