Aspire Child & Family Services is Hiring a School-Based BCBA (Philadelphia and the Surrounding Counties) Near Huntingdon, PA

Are you a dedicated ABA professional committed to helping your local community? Do you have a passion for helping students reach their potential? If so, Aspire Child & Family Services would love to hear from you! We are seeking experienced and qualified Behavioral Consultants (BCBA and/or LBS) to join our team of school-based ABA therapists. Aspire Child & Family Services is family owned with a personal interest in providing high quality treatment and services to students in our local community. 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with a primary focus on addressing behaviors that are impeding a students’ ability to learn in the school setting
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results in accordance with state requirements and collaborates with teachers to design positive behavior support plans. Trains staff/teachers on implementing positive behavior support plans and function-based interventions and monitor fidelity.
  • Support the implementation of school wide positive behavior supports framework at the school.
  • Deliver professional development to our school partners.
  • Develop positive relationships with our school partners and their staff.
  • Work with students K-12 in various schools in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs local to you.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate, LBS a huge plus!
  • Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work in school districts and charter schools in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.
  • Strong technical ABA skills
  • Team Player - Have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency.
