Description
Position Summary: This part time position (20 hours/week) provides job support, training, and consultation for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities working in the community.

Requirements
Required Education & Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
Additional Licensing/Certifications: N/A
- Current driver’s license (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin) and acceptable driving record
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with employers to support the individual’s success.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to be flexible and work days, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities on the workplace.
- 1 – 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of job coaching methods
