-We specialize in short-term transitional rehab care for patients that need care for several weeks before they return back home. We offer 24 private suites for our patients to recover in as we nurse and rehab them back to health.
Job Description:
-We are currently accepting applications & resumes for full time PTs
-This position is responsible for delivering rehabilitation care to our patients.
- Some of your responsibilities will be using your skills to assess patients and help them progress in therapy under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
-Must be licensed as an PT in Utah.
-Most qualified applicants will have some skilled nursing experience.
-Must have current CPR and clear background with no license restrictions
-Currently full time shifts available.
