Aspen Quality Care is looking for compassionate caregivers for day and night shifts at our Spokane community. Our 20-bed Expanded Assisted Living Facilities provide a family-oriented culture for all staff and residents.
We are looking for caregivers that are NAC, HCA or NAR licensed. If the applicant was previously licensed within the last two years, we will hire based on the renewal of the license. We hire team-oriented individuals that present well to residents, families, and staff. We help our staff recognize the significance they bring to other lives and the power of purpose.
We are also in the planning stages for rolling out a life and career coaching program as a free optional benefit for our employees. We focus on supporting our team with professional and personal development opportunities.
