Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional elementary teacher to facilitate one-on-one instruction in an after school tutoring environment. Using resources and materials provided by company, the teacher will be responsible for assessing the student while collaborating with our team to facilitate instruction in a way that best fits the student's needs and promoting learning in a fun, engaging, and dynamic homeschool environment. We are looking for a candidate who has extensive knowledge in ELA coursework at a 4th grade level, as well as experience as a reading and writing interventionist. The ideal candidate for this position is genuinely passionate about supporting children’s creative, academic, and emotional potential by providing an inspired, highly-personalized, diverse learning experience in a home-based setting.
Professional Qualifications:
· Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education or related field
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching at the elementary level
· Experience as a reading and writing interventionist
· Skill in differentiating curriculum and instruction to incorporate the student's interests
· Multiple Subject teaching credential preferred
