** You are required to work in the office ** We are looking for a Certified Nurse Aides/ Staffing Coordinator in Lewisville and surrounding areas who desire to make a difference in the lives of others by joining our team and providing quality care to our patients. Job Summary: CNA/ Staffing Coordinator Must have Administrative skills and or have worked in a physician's office. Must have Scheduling experience and CNA experience. Able to go out into the field if unable to staff a client who is a NO FAIL client. The primary function is to Schedule Caregivers to go to home and provide personal healthcare and related services to the client in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Schedule Caregivers to go to client homes. Keep Schedule updated daily / Stay one month ahead
Provide direct patient care under the direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care and to include personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, safe transfers and other supportive tasks as assigned.
Schedule Caregivers to go to clients home by creating a rapport with them.
Orient New Caregivers coming on with life like "dummy" in the office
Report changes in the patient's condition appropriately. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
Practice accepted in infection control principles.
Provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment that promotes respect for patients, privacy and property.
Provide skills necessary to assist the patient with proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.
Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency by attending 12 hrs of in-services per year.
Promote the agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure the quality of care.

Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma preferred.
Scheduling Experience/ Have worked or done Scheduling before.
Flexible / Able to work in any kind of setting.
Flexible with hours and locations
Licensure: Must have current driver's license and Current CNA License.
Experience: At least one year experience in the last 24 months as a Home Health or Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or home health agency, or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program within the last 24 months.
Others: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
