We are looking for an Office Manager & Property Manager to join our small niche real estate team. We specialize in medium-term executive rental properties.

Job Duties:

· Code rehab charges in QuickBooks for three separate companies.

· Furnish and decorate medium term homes as needed, roughly 5-7 homes per year.

· Manage 18 medium term homes: Schedule vendors for maintenance requests and turnovers, ensure the cleaners have what they need to restock at home turnovers, etc.

· Manage leasing system and calendar for medium term homes.

· Record rent payments into software and deposit into bank monthly.

· Oversee utility accounts.

· New business development- cold calls and building new relationships with relocation companies.

· Communicate with internal leads for future renters and fill the homes with renters. Working with insurance companies, professional players families, Zillow/furnished finder/Airbnb/vrbo leads.

· Schedule showings with potential renters as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.98 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:
