Creative Marketing Assistant

• Full-time, In-house position, 40 hours a week plus as needed. 8-5pm, M-F. May require some weekend attention at times.

This position is responsible for the operation and support and continuous efforts of the marketing initiatives nationwide. Responsible for creating, writing, building new campaigns, ongoing optimization to all social platforms, email distributions, website and assist in SEO efforts for several different market locations and services offered.

Job Function:

· Responsible for creating and ordering marketing materials for external and internal purposes.

· Assist in planning and executing digital and print marketing campaigns.

· Social Media scheduling & marketing

· Oversee market research and collaborate with team members to identify market plans.

· Content writing

· Design & blog collaboration

· Conceptualize and create company-wide monthly newsletter.

· Assist in sales/ staff recruiting efforts.

· May require attending seminars, reading industry articles, networking, writing press releases.

· Some event planning/ attendance.

· Email marketing campaigns, management and tracking.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Mass Communications or similar preferred but NOT REQUIRED. High-school Diploma

· Excellent writing, communication, photo/ video editing, and design skills.

· Must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines with a high attention to detail.

· Well-versed with Graphic Design, Adobe & InDesign programs

· MS Office with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Must be familiar with HubSpot, Canva, and all social platforms.

· Experience in the following a plus: Google Adwords & Analytics, WordPress, SEO & Keyword related software programs (not required)

· Working knowledge of Spanish Language would be exceptional.
