Aspen Contracting is one of the largest roofing contractors in the nation. We are dedicated to doing the right thing through higher standards and integrity. Headquartered in Lee's Summit, MO we provide roofing, siding and gutter services to homeowners and businesses alike across the country. We are looking for the right person to join our team.
This position will be based out of our Commercial Division Office in Lee’s Summit, MO. There will be a lot of travel Involved and could include any of the 48 contiguous US states. This will be a full-time position possibly requiring working Saturday’s or Sunday’s and answering phone calls or emails after hours. Training will be provided but any construction knowledge, specifically of roof, siding and gutter systems, would be a bonus. Certification to operate (RTFL's) Rough Terrain Fork Lifts and (MEWP's) Mobile Elevating Work Platforms will be provided.
Daily Tasks:
Ensuring safety and OSHA compliance at job sites
Company vehicle will be provided
Control the flow of people and vehicle traffic in and around the job site.
Fill out forms and reports on a company provided iPad.
Verify the condition of equipment being used by crews.
Hold and manage daily safety meetings with the crews.
Supervise roofing, siding and gutter crews.
Operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts
Facilitate the ordering and receipt of materials for the job site.
There will be some lifting involved, this should be limited to items that weigh under 60lbs.
Monitoring quality control at job sites
Report progress to corporate in the Morning, at Noon and in the Afternoon daily.
This will be accomplished through the use of a company provided iPad.
It will include taking and uploading pertinent photos.

Job Type: Full-time Permanent Position, Immediate Opening
Compensation: Starts at $50,000-$53,000 annually based on knowledge and abilities.
