Summer Communications & Marketing Intern

Position Overview: Aspen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES) seeks an Environmental Non-Profit Summer Assistant to support with events, developments, and everyday organizational tasks. ACES is a non-profit environmental science education organization with four locations in the Roaring Fork Valley: Hallam Lake, Rock Bottom Ranch, and the Catto Center at Toklat. Since 1968, ACES has been meeting its mission to create a community of knowledgeable, capable, and motivated environmental stewards through its environmental science programs for adults and children. ACES’ mission is “educating for environmental responsibility.”
The Environmental Non-Profit Summer Assistant will work five days a week during the June through August timeframe. In this position, a highly motivated individual will be given a comprehensive overview of non-profit systems, marketing, development, and daily operations and gain valuable experience in an environmental nonprofit.
