Installation Crew/Art Preparators work under the direction and supervision of the Head of Exhibitions and Chief Preparator to conduct the installation and deinstallation of all exhibitions, museum preparation, repairs in conjunction with exhibitions and events, and general maintenance of the museum’s galleries and storage.

Hours and Work Schedule
This position does not have regular hours, but works as part of an institutional team on installations and events as needed. This is an hourly position requiring flexible availability that will vary with workload. The position is nonexempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act and will receive overtime pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in a seven-day workweek or over twelve hours in a day.
