Tuition reimbursement program (salaried employees after working full time for at least one year) Employee assistance program Compensation: Compensation is dependent on experience and ranges from $28.00/hourly to $30.00/hourly. General Summary: Process weekly payroll for Theatres & Arenas Stagehands and perform account analysis. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Process daily time sheets and deliver to department managers. Accurately interpret union contract as it relates to payroll processing Work with Theatrical Services department as assigned. Process changes to employee time as requested by department managers. Input vacation time and sick time into ADP system. Maintain garnishment records and ensure payment requests are submitted on a timely basis. Maintain operation of physical time clocks throughout the facility. Process and transmit weekly payroll to ADP. Process Certified Payrolls for Prevailing Wage. File and guarantee confidentiality of payroll records. Interact with other departments regularly. Process new hire paperwork and enrollment of employee information into the ADP system ensuring accuracy and maintaining HR file Payroll account analysis and reconciliation. Minor AR & AP duties. Education and Experience: Be able to perform the majority of the Duties & Responsibilities listed above, or possess a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources field of study Skills and Abilities: Excellent data entry skills/speed, including above-average proficiency with Excel Detail-oriented Current member of APA preferred Workday experience a plus Must be available to work 95% of Mondays and Tuesdays in office, in addition to remote 2-3 hours every weekend Demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills among all levels of staff and clientele, required Ability to speak, understand, and read standard English, required; Work effectively with diverse groups of people among all levels within an organization; skill to work effectively as part of a team, required Perform role and job tasks effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities, required Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, required Provide customer service in a professional considerate manner, required Excellent record of dependability and reliability, required Computer Skills: Excellent typing skills and general office clerical skills. The ability to operate computers and work with basic office systems.
