Position: Event Merchandise Seller Facility: Pensacola Bay Center Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Event Merchandise Supervisor FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Event Merchandise Seller is responsible for the event merchandise sales during shows or events by performing the duties described below, while interacting with guests, facility staff and related personnel. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Counts in merchandise inventory to be sold Provide excellent service to all guests, sponsors, production staff, and fellow Bay Center team members Perform inventory count-in and count-out procedures Create visually appealing merchandising displays and price items correctly Fulfill guest merchandise orders in an accurate and timely manner Enter, charge, and process payments utilizing a computerized Point of Sale System (POS) Performs other duties as required and/or assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
