Do you enjoy being part of a team, perhaps a team who specializes in the construction of water treatment facilities for the community? Aslan Construction is currently in search of a Project Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit! Sound like you? If so, together with the onsite superintendent you will start preconstruction planning and end with project closeout. Using your expertise to take ownership of projects, and interpret project specifications and drawings. You will participate in scheduling, estimating change orders, overseeing construction, and cost management of projects, as well as writing contracts, material procurement and coordinating subcontractors to deliver throughout the construction process. TEAM MEMBER REQUIREMENTS: (*Cover Letter and Assessment*)
- Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and consent to criminal background check.
- Authorization to work in U.S.
- 5 years of experience in project management (experience in water/wastewater construction)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering)
TEAM MEMBER SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Manages: timelines, resources, requirements, deadlines, and appropriately respond to unexpected events.
- Knowledge of planning, monitoring, and cost efficiency.
- Familiar with the products, brands, and suppliers active in the construction field.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate information effectively to others.
- Consults with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction issues as they arise.
- Effectively inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
- Responsible for pulling permits and coordinating with owners and engineers to complete the building permit process.
- Familiarity with CDPHE permitting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
