Make clear commitments and follow through. About the role We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support I professional to join our RTP-based team. This role involves providing onsite first-line technical support to our business users and scientific community, managing and troubleshooting issues related to our modern IT stack including Azure AD, InTune, Windows Autopilot, Jira, Confluence, and other relevant technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Provide first-line technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Manage and support Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, InTune, and Windows Autopilot for device management, user provisioning, and security configurations. Assist with new device deployments and employee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth setup and configuration of IT resources. Collaborate with the Engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and support escalations. Utilize ticketing systems such as Jira to track and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with end-users. Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for common IT issues and solutions, contributing to the team's knowledge-sharing culture. Conduct regular system health checks, software updates, and patch management activities to ensure system reliability and security compliance. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices, promoting efficient and effective use of technology resources. Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing insights and expertise to improve IT infrastructure and service delivery. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of one year of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and modern IT stack management Strong knowledge of Azure AD, InTune, Windows Autopilot, and other Microsoft 365 services Experience managing devices in a hybrid/remote workplace Experience managing and supporting PC and Mac devices Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and Confluence for incident management and knowledge sharing Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to IT support Preferred Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc.
